What is collected
- Your email address, if you sign in or buy. It is how access is attached to you and how sign-in links reach you.
- Your name and last successful sign-in time, if you create an account. These are used to identify your account and help administer access.
- Your practice answers, if you are signed in and use practice mode, so results can be scored by domain and shown back to you.
- Usage and device information, such as pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, browser and device category. Google Analytics is used to understand which guides and product journeys are useful and whether sign-up and purchase journeys work.
- Your enrollments and account status, including courses you join or are assigned, complimentary access, access expiry or revocation, and any administrator restriction needed to operate the service safely.
- Payment records — what was bought, when, and the Stripe identifiers. Card details are never seen by this site: checkout is hosted by Stripe.
What is not collected
No advertising trackers, session recording, cross-site profiling or fingerprinting. Google Analytics is used only to measure how people find and use Aegentra Labs. Nothing is sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Cookies
A secure HTTP-only cookie holds your session after sign-in, so page scripts cannot read it. Google Analytics may set first-party measurement cookies to distinguish visits and understand navigation. These are not advertising cookies. You can block or delete them in your browser without losing access to public guides; blocking them limits measurement accuracy.
Who else handles it
- Google Analytics — aggregate website and product measurement.
- Stripe — payment processing and tax. Stripe is the payment controller and holds card data; this site never receives it.
- Neon — the database holding accounts, entitlements and practice results.
- Vercel — hosting and request logs.
- Resend — delivery of sign-in emails.
How long it is kept
Account, enrollment and entitlement records are kept while your access is live. Payment and related audit records may be kept for seven years because Australian tax law requires transaction records to be retained. Practice results are deleted with your account, subject to legal retention requirements. Ask and your request will be reviewed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests are answered within 30 days. If you are unhappy with the response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
