What you are buying

Access to originally written practice questions and explanations for the one-month or twelve-month period selected at purchase. It is study material. It is not training, it is not an examination, and it does not include an exam voucher or any certification.

Independence

Aegentra Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by PECB, ISO or AICPA. Questions are authored from publicly published competency domains and from the standards themselves; nothing here is reproduced from a live examination. Certification body names are used only to identify which examination material relates to.

Aegentra is separately an official PECB authorised training partner. That relationship belongs to the training business and confers nothing on this material.

What it does not promise

No practice material can guarantee an exam result, and this does not. Certification bodies change their syllabuses, question counts and policies without notice. Pages carry the date they were last verified and the sources they rest on so you can check for yourself, but the certification body’s own current documents always win over anything here.

How you may use it

One person, personal study. You may not redistribute, resell, publish or use the questions to train a model. Team access for training providers is available — ask.

Refund policy

Purchases are final and we do not provide refunds for change of mind, including if you no longer need the material or do not use your access. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Prices and tax

Catalogue prices are set in Australian dollars excluding tax. Stripe adds 10% GST only when the billing address entered at checkout is in Australia. No GST is charged for a billing address outside Australia. Buyers can select a supported payment currency; that choice does not determine tax.

Accounts

Access is attached to the email address used at checkout, and sign-in is by an emailed one-time code. Keep access to that mailbox. Access may be withdrawn without refund for redistribution of the material.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. Aegentra Labs is operated by Hans Division Group Pty Ltd (ACN 678 444 463) from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@aegentralabs.com. See also the privacy page.
